Our Shiping and Return Policy
In stock items are usually shipped within three BUSINESS days.
Although we try to complete orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for lost, stollen, or mis-addressed packages through the USPS, UPS shipping or other shipping methods.
Customized and Personalized items can take up to three weeks to complete before mailing. Please take note of this if you are wanting your item by a certain date. Things can happen anytime during the creation process. Since personalized and customized items are made from "scratch", they are not "Pre-made".
During the drying process, ware can crack. During the three firing processes, many factors can have a result on the final outcome of an item.
Please be aware of this when orders are placed for personalized items.
Returns
Things will and do happen. We pack our ware to get to you safely, but during heavy mailing seasons, (i.e. Christmas holidays) the risk for breakage during transit increases.
Please be sure to check packages when you receive your item and note any damage and the container condition. If your ITEM(s) arrives damaged, notify us IMMEDIATELY, either by phone or email.
We do not offer refunds on personalized or customized items unless it is a result of damage from shipping. The process for returns is the same as above.
